Marc grew up in Switzerland and moved to Dubai at the age of 14. He then worked for a leading real estate service provider in Switzerland. In 2017, Marc was drawn back to his second home in Dubai. Since 2018, he has been working as a real estate agent in Dubai.

Marc is a Dubai certified real estate agent and consultant, responsible for guiding our clients through the entire on-site buying process. His enthusiasm and commitment are highly appreciated by our clients.
Personally
Marc can be found outside in Dubai jogging or enjoying a fondue or raclette. For Marc it is never too hot for a fine raclette or fondue.

Career
In 2010 Konrad moved from Switzerland to Dubai with his whole family. Since then he has been commuting between his two homes. He manages several companies in Dubai and at the same time serves as a board member in a renowned real estate company in Switzerland.

Konrad supports our clients mainly in matters such as company formations or strategic issues. Thanks to his experience he is a great asset.
Personal
Konrad has a weakness for dark Swiss chocolate and coffee. In his free time, Konrad enjoys sports, from yoga and body pump to jogging.

Career
Franziska grew up in Vorarlberg in Austria. During her travels, she discovered a love for the United Arab Emirates. So in 2016, she jumped at the chance to work in Abu Dhabi with Etihad as a flight attendant. Four years later, she went back to Austria and a short time later to Switzerland. In 2023, however, Franziska was drawn back from Zurich to Dubai.

Franziska works as a real estate manager. With her sales background she brings a lot of experience in sales. Satisfied customers are her top priority. Her reliability and accuracy are highly appreciated by our customers.

Kevin ist in der Nähe von Stuttgart in Deutschland aufgewachsen. Er durfte bereits 2021 einen 3-monatigen Praxisaufenthalt in Dubai genießen. Hierbei konnte er sein bestehendes Interesse an der Immobilienbranche, an den beachtlichen architektonischen Strukturen und Grundzügen von Dubai weiter entdecken. Nach seinem abgeschlossenen Studium hat er sich schließlich dazu entschieden in die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate nach Dubai zu ziehen.

Kevin arbeitet als Immobilienberater und ist zuständig für die Beratung Deutscher Kunden. Er begleitet unsere Kunden durch den ganzen Kaufprozess und unterstützt sie bei sämtlichen Anliegen rund um Immobilien. Kevin zeichnet sich durch sein Engagement und seine Zuverlässigkeit aus.
Persönlich
In seiner Freizeit trifft man ihn an heißen Tagen gewiss am Pool oder am Meer. Der sportliche Ausgleich im Gym oder im Freien gehört ebenfalls zu einem Must-have in seiner Freizeit.
